At DFrenchHive, we may occasionally record sessions or use student work for teaching, marketing, or quality purposes. This policy explains exactly what we record, why, and how you can control it.
1. What We May Record or Use

2. What We Will NEVER Do Without Your Permission

- • Publish your exam results alongside identifying information
- • Share your written work publicly
- • Record private one-on-one sessions without asking first
3. How Consent Works
- • Consent is requested in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- • You may give consent for one specific use (e.g., "use this testimonial on your website") without consenting to anything else.
- • You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@dfrenchhive.com. We will remove the content within 7 business days.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- • Ask what we have recorded about you
- • Request deletion of any recording or screenshot featuring you
- • Request that your testimonial be anonymized or removed
- • Decline any recording request without affecting your classes
5. Our Commitment
- • Recordings are stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties.
- • Recordings are deleted after 12 months unless you request otherwise.
- • We respect that your learning journey is yours — not our content.
