Service Agreement

By booking sessions with DFrenchHive Language & Cultural Services Ltd, you agree to these terms. Coaching sessions are delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video Call.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings must be paid for in advance to confirm your slot. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Paystack. You will receive a receipt and invoice automatically after payment.

Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference to reschedule.

No Guarantee

While we provide expert coaching and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific exam results. Success depends on individual effort, commitment, and practice.
