Student Class Policies

1. Booking & Confirmation

• • All bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
• • Your slot is not guaranteed until payment is received (where applicable) or your subscription is active.
• • You will receive a joining link or platform details before your session.

2. Rescheduling

• • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost.
• • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% session fee or count as a used session.
• • Requests to reschedule must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) — not verbally during a session.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: full credit refunded to your session balance.
• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: session is forfeited.
• • No-shows: If you do not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is marked as completed and forfeited.

4. Lateness

• • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Time lost is not added to future sessions.
• • If your teacher arrives late, the missed time will be added to the session or credited to a future booking.

5. Session Duration

• • Sessions start and end at the agreed time.
• • Free demo sessions are 20–30 minutes.
• • Paid sessions are as described in your subscription or booking.

6. Preparation & Homework

• • Your teacher may assign drills or homework between sessions.
• • Completing these is essential to your progress and is your responsibility.
• • Drills not completed will be reviewed in the next session, which may reduce new content time.

7. Respectful Conduct

• • Both teacher and student agree to communicate respectfully.
• • Abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour will result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.

8. Technical Requirements

• • You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a quiet environment.
• • Technical issues on your side do not extend the session.
• • Technical issues on the teacher's side will be made up or credited.

9. Recording Sessions

• • Sessions may not be recorded without the teacher's written consent.
