Refund Policy

General Policy

This is a placeholder refund policy. The final policy will be updated before launch. Below is a draft of our intended approach.

Before Session

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds.

After Session

Sessions that have been delivered are not eligible for refunds. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Package Refunds

For the Premium Coaching Package (16 classes), refunds are available for unused sessions if cancelled before the halfway point of the package.
